€1000 deposit to secure your place in the production queue – before contract signing.
🖋️ Contract Signing
30% of the total price due upon signing the contract.
🏗️ Start of Production
50% payment within 7 calendar days after official notification and visual confirmation of construction progress
(e.g. photos of completed floor, wall, and ceiling panels).
📦 Before Delivery
15% payment due after signing the acceptance certificate – before loading onto the transport vehicle.
